I was particularly impressed by their thoughtful gesture of returning my forgotten jewelry promptly, showcasing the staff's commitment to guest satisfaction. The serene terrace and the lush garden surrounding the property made it an ideal retreat after a day of exploring Berlin. This remarkable experience has certainly made my mind up to return; I can hardly wait!
